I rented a property through Reside for nearly 3 years and they’ve been such a pleasure to deal with throughout - super responsive on email or phone and got things seen to/fixed quickly as well as just being a lovely friendly company to communicate with. I’ve recently ended my tenancy to relocate back to London and realised my dog’s tracker was missing from his collar - the GPS signal showed it left in the garden at the property and the lovely Ben at Reside offered to go there and find it. My partner and I had an excellent experience with Reside. Our agent, Lara, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the property and landlord, and made the whole process feel effortless. Once we reviewed the documents, everything was sent over promptly, and any follow-up questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Not so great for renters, I appreciate some of it is down to the landlord but they didn't fix broken doors, never did anything to resolve severe mould, they were friendly but when I needed problems resolved or fixed I was on my own.
We recently bought our new home through Reside. Lovely people to deal with. Corinna was incredibly knowledgeable about the street and general area, without ever giving the hard-sell. And Lisa was always quick to respond, even helping us with a couple of (unrelated) issues post-moving day.
My partner and I were looking for a flat in Bath, Lisa was very helpful, she never stopped trying to help us find the perfect place for us. We are really thankful. The process was smooth and simple.
