I met with dental hygienist Pam.
I like that we can get reminders by text, but I found that I received AT LEAST a total of 5 reminders. Texts AND emails. Might be overkill, but still I like it versus a phone call. Thank you. Maria and Terri ARE GREAT!!

rose in the x-ray was kind of crazy and didn't know who I was. She asked me if I brought my teeth with me? I answered, yes they are in my mouth, and she said I must of gotten you mistaken for someone else. then she placed the xray in my mouth and went to take the picture only to stop and answer a question from someone else. I was a little put off by this as I sat there with this thing in my mouth.
Long, long time patient ... everyone in the PADG team that I have interacted with (front desk, xray, Tiffany/hygiene, Dr. Kono) has been great.
The ladies at the front desk are nice but I wish they would be a little more Friendly, welcoming and smile.
I've been a patient for over 10 years. I continue to be pleased with the care that I receive from the Hygienists and from Dr. Iverson.
