My experience with your office was always excellent.
Dr. Scott did a fantastic job handling my molar fracture and figuring out how to work around my gag reflex. I feel lucky to have him for our dentist.
My dental team of Maria and Dr. Keller are excellent and I have great confidence in the care they provide.
As I discussed with Terry on the telephone later, when I left the rear parking lot, the man who was blowing leaves and debris out of the lot did not stop but continued, looking down (but aware I was there), covering the car with enough dirt and debris that I needed to stop and wash the windshield before I left the lot. A trip to the car wash was necessary the next day. Yuck!
This dental office lacks the charm and interpersonal relationship it used to have. Now it is run too much like a big business.
