With the exception of one very negative hygienist experience, our family always has such a positive experience at Dr. Kono's office. I am very happy that I switched our whole family to your office.
very much appreciated being seen so quickly. I didn't expect to get in as soon as I did.
The dental hygienist took extra time to give me helpful information about my tooth sensitivity. When she discovered that the cleaning was uncomfortable, she put a numbing gel on the area, which made this the least stressful appointment I've had.
My x-rays were scheduled at 1:45pm and appointment was at 2pm. I got x-rays done and was waiting till 2:30pm and no one had still called me or checked with me to let me know there will be over half hour delay. I felt that was just very unprofessional and left a bad impression for a first visit. Dr. Vanzina was really nice though once I did see her. The dental hygenist who walked me to the room didn't even apologize when I mentioned the long delay to her, she just say "oh, do you want to reschedule then". I thought that wasn'... read more
Dr. Kono and his assistant are fantastic. They are good at answering questions, educating me, and have a pleasant sense of humor.
Dr. Kono and his assistant are fantastic. If I ever switch dentists it will be because of the commute. You might want to tell them that some of us can't hear over the drill.
