Your staff has toooooo many meetings. My hygene was late (I'm Ok with that!), but the reason appears to be doctor time. And one reason for that is some sort of meeting that they needed to attend to.
Ruth was a great dental technician and Dr. Bahl was also very thorough and infomative.
Dr. Kono is a first rate, professional, accomplished doctor.
