Been patient for 25+ years, always received excellent care. First with Dr. Tabor, now with Dr. Iverson.
the person who cleaned my teeth was terrific. She explained in a very understandable way how i could improve my brushing to keep my gums more healthy. She just seemed vry knowledgeable about good dental hygiene. i can't remember her name, but she is originally from Guadaljara and still has family there and she has worked at your office for several years.
Delighted to have met Dr. Keller. As was the hygienist (Tiffany?), he was wonderfully informative, supportive and gentle. All nagging doubts about my oral health are dispelled, appreciate description & demonstration of brushing for gum health. Also glad to have heard Dr. Tabor is doing well and happily!
I was late and the staff clearly communicated that it causes them problems but they were kind and understanding at the same time. Excellent customer service. I promise to leave earlier next time.
IYesterday's appointment was for cleaning, but the hygienist spotted the need to replace a damaged filling. My dentist examined it and confirmed the need to replace the filling. Scheduling an appointment was, as always, easy.
