This is the third time in a row that I have come early to a pre-scheduled appointment for a simple cleaning and have had to wait 25 to 35 minutes past the appointment time before being taken. This is completely and absolutely unacceptable.
My hygenist was EXCELLENT, very friendly and limited pain as much as possible. I can't remember her name, but I want to have her be my regular hygenist. Thanks!

Felt like my appointment was rushed
I really like pam my hygenist. It would be great if you had samples of animal as well as human toothpastes.
Dr Koenig, Jessica, receptionists. All wonderfully professional, capable and courteous.
The office where I was accommodated during the hygiene procedure was noisy due to proximity of a busy exit door that armed every time somebody went in/out. I requested my next visit shall be in a quiter place or I have to find a different outfit. Thanks for the opportunity.
