I have been a PA Dental patient for over 40 years. I drive up from Las Vegas to continue seeing PA Dental. Some habits die hard! I had an appointment for hygiene only last Friday. When Dr Kono saw I had a chipped tooth he stayed late in order to fix it, even though I never scheduled for it and it was late Friday afternoon. Is that service, or what??? Dr. Bahl was, as usual, an expert on immediately making you feel comfortable. Her spot on diagnostic skills and her ability to share relevant information regarding the condition at hand are much appreciated. First time cleaning session with Kathy was superior!
Everything went smoothly, even though I was a few minutes late. Stella, the hygienist, explained everything carefully. Dr. Keller was there promptly and recommended a preventive treatment, which was scheduled quickly. Everything went well, as usual.
Pam is always great. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helped a lot, making appointments, etc.
I love Palo Alto Dental - Pam, Terry & Dr Scott. I have been coming to PA Dental since I was 8 - I won't tell you how old I am - but I'm really old. Ha Ha Ha
