Stella is terrific -- in the quality of her care, in her concern for the patient, and in her warm and friendly personality. Also: your question No. 4 is totally dishonest. How about putting in a 5-15 minute wait category? Doesn't that count? If a 5-15 minute wait seems unimportant to you, I guess it's OK for patients to be 5-15 minutes late as well.
I've been going to the Palo Alto Dental Group for all the MANY years I've been in the Bay Area, and have always thought highly of the total experience I've had there.
Fewer emails and texts would be great. thanks! Otherwise, great job!
