I only wish we you were located closer to Pleasanton where we moved to.
This must be my 50th year with Palo Alto Dental Clinic, and I've never had a complaint about my treatment there--enough said!

The "pressure washer" pre-treatment for hygiene was great! A lot less abrasion with the picks. Thanks!
At first I was a bit disappointed that my old hygienist Tiffany had left the practice but her replacement (whose name escapes me now) was excellent.
I came in at the wrong time, so instead of coming back, I saw a different hygienist. Pat was friendly and efficient but not at all as thorough in her cleaning as Pam, my regular hygienist. Pat was finsihed with my cleaning in less than 25 minutes...it usually takes close to 40.
WE are very impressed by Dr. Kono, Jessica, and Terry.

Dr. Kono and his assistant are terrific and professional. The only negative about the experience was the too many reminders of the pending appointment. I presume that you have found that necessary.
