Brilliant, saw Adam after a recommendation and it was amazing to feel my body so aligned after the session. Shame you’re so far away from me but I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in the area.

Went to Adam to help a rugby injury my son had. He was friendly, super knowledgable and really helped reduce my son's pain. We are heading back to get help building strength and flexibility, but are so pleased we found the reset button.
I’ve been getting a sports massage regularly with Adam since the new year, in the lead up to running the London Marathon. I went initially with a lower back issue which significantly improved after my first visit. I haven’t had any problems since and any other issues I’ve had whilst training, I’ve flagged and he’s sorted it before it’s become an issue. It’s been a huge help to getting me to the start line injury free. Adam is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
As an elite rower aiming to compete for GB u23s, not being able to row due to back issues is a major problem.
