Mr./Mrs. Jackson, We apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced while at our community. We do acknowledge that we have had extensive issues with the pool on site. Unfortunately the problems were found to be much more in depth than originally thought and we were at the mercy of overloaded pool companies during the summer.
