Apts spacious. Mgmt constantly changing and poor communication. Notification via threats 24hrs beforehand. Rude! Online maintenance request never works. In the past two years more shady people frequent at night. Construction ongoing, but manageable. Couldn't see apartment until the day I moved in. Charged higher rate because the rep told me wrong.

If you want to pay $800 plus to live near a huge construction site and listen to heavy machinery, this is the place for you! This is nice community. It is good rents and good location. My work requests completed in same day I give them to office. The current staff is real nice and easy to talk to. I will most definitely stay here another round!
