RecommendedI have lived at the Reserve at kanapaha for almost 2 years. I am still working on pronouncing the name correctly. LOL I have been very pleased with the staff and the follow-through on my request. I attended the Christmas party last year and it was so much fun for all who attended. I feel the staff goes out of their way 2 plan activities for us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend the reserve to anyone and know that the staff will help the new Resident feel welcomed and available to answer any questions.
Having lived here for a few months now I have to say I would recommend the reserve at Kanapaha. It has been quiet and the office has responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The location is also nice, being close to celebration pointe and Butler plaza.
I’m very happy to be part of this community. We just moved here a month . The staff are very friendly . We are very thankful to live here. Recommended to all my friends .
I have lived here for two years now, and I totally love it! It is a nice, quiet atmosphere with a luxury apartment feel. I definitely did my research and it is the best deal going, not to mention being in the heart of the most up and coming new area of Gainesville. The office staff is also very helpful and prompt.
Just moved in to Kanapaha about 3 months ago and I honestly can't be happier. They worked with me during my application process even when I was lacking on my end. Staff is nothing short of great, Very personable people that have great conversation, but get anything you need done. I haven't had to wait for anything for more than about 48 hours. Living at this place is an amazing experience with an amazing staff to make your living that much better.
We have lived here for over a year and love it!! Close enough to campus, but far enough away to avoid the headaches of terrible traffic and enjoy the great attractions that popping up in the area around us. Our apartment size (and rent) is better than most rental homes in the area and the complex is much better than apartments closer to campus where rent runs much, much higher.
