I love the location of the community and great place to live Anytime I call for maintenance, I receive an immediate response the front office staff is great also.The community fitness center is great. parking is never a problem when coming home late after night from work. i feel safe with security driving around the property at night.
The apartments are generous in size and the location could not be better. I have been a resident for a few years and I am extremely happy with the way they maintain everything.
I love the location of the community and anytime I call for maintenance, I receive an immediate response! I just took my kids to the playground area and love the fact we can walk there as a family and enjoy the playground without leaving the complex.
The apartment complex is very well kept. The office staff is always available during business hours to talk about any concerns or maintenance issues. I appreciate that there is a night time security guard. The apartment complex is also in a fantastic location!
I just moved out after 2 years. I absolutely love this community! Spacious, bright apartments that feel like a home. Recent improvements around the property are very nice. If I were not moving to another city, I would have stayed. Maintenance issues (very few) were addressed quickly. Staff always pleasant.

I am so relieved to have finally found an apartment complex that I love! Living in a college town it’s hard to find somewhere that is quiet, clean, and comfortable and the The Reserve at Kanapaha is just that! Staff is great, they go out of their way to resolve any Issues I may be having. I’ve lived here for 2 years and plan to re-new my lease in a few months. Thank you office staff and Maintence for making my home such a joy!!

We strive to keep our residents informed and up to date on routine maintenance, such as inspections so that we don’t interfere with your schedule. We issued notices one week prior to the inspections letting our residents know what building we would enter and on what days.
