RecommendedThe apartments hallways and lobby are always maintained and kept clean. We enjoy using the lobby area to watch games and play pool. I have used the gym when I’m too lazy to go outside. Overall the apartment layout is very nice and I would recommend campus flats to anyone.

RecommendedFrom starting at the signing process and now having lived in campus flats for a semester, I can say that it's a great place to live! When we moved in our dishwasher didn't work so we put in a maintenance request and it was fixed within a day. Everything is always pretty clean and if something isn't it gets fixed quick. The price I pay seems like a very fair price for everything that is offered. I would recommend living here to anyone that wants a nice place to live with a close walk to classes.
