My daughter rented from these people and was charged for several items on checkout that were incorrect. RES then sent the “uncollected debt”, which believe me could be disputed, to a collections agency for $240 dollars over their already hefty $1440 security deposit. My daughter and I have been working to resolve the issue. Kyle at RES told me it was out of their hands and that I would have to talk to Hunter Warfield their collector. Extremely disappointed by a lack of communication, professionalism, and RES's choice to not be forthcoming about a situation I found myself in. I have been a tenant with RES since July 2019, and have been searching for a short-term lease. On Monday, 7/20, I was confidently told that it would be possible for me to secure a short-term lease to follow up my current lease, and that a RES representative would contact me later that day (Monday) to follow up. Due to move outs and move ins, the end of July can be a pressure cooker of stress, workload and coordination of details for both tenants and us. Nice kitchen to cook!!! Indoor parking lots!!!
Great location. Regularly cleaning and maintenance. Washing Machine and dryers are a bit suspect and have been known to steal quarters.

Great place to live! Management is always tentative to maintenance requests and are extremely kind and respectful. I’ve had a good experience so far. Also, you can’t beat the location to campus!
