We had a top notch experience at Republic Chophouse on Valentine's Day! The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming, as was the staff. Steve was our server, and he was very pleasant and fun! Our dinners were absolutely delicious-cooked to perfection and served very timely. The cocktails were very good-except my Moscow Mule was not served in a copper mug. From what I was told, people steal them?! What a shame. It was still delicious, but it just tastes better in a copper mug! We will definitely be returning. Great job-y... read more
