One of the best steaks you can get in Green bay. Had the dry aged tenderloin. The meat was really good but had a seasoning on it that was overpowering (Tasted like potato chips). FYI order yours without seasoning as they do not mention in the menu that the steaks have seasoning on them. Staff is great.
My husband took me took me to the Republic last night for my birthday...our first time there for the food...and we had an amazing time!! The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional!

Wife took me out for my birthday as a surprise. Excellent food, great steaks and the red velvet cake is unbelievable! Logan was the best. Superb service! It was our first time there, and we will definitely be back again!
