Love this place!! Never had a bad experience. Staff is always pleasant and the food is wonderful.
The Republic chop house was an amazing experience my pallet were tantalized by the salmon and the steak in mustard and blue cheese not to mention that awesome red velvet cake so huge. The ambience was breathtaking and the staff was very courteous. Can't wait to visit again

We went to Republic Chophouse for our anniversary. Our waitress was wonderful! Prompt service, friendly. The filet was so tender it could be eaten without a knife to cut the meat! Highly recommend you visit.
The staff were wonderful!! Very friendly and professional. The food was just average. Garlic mashed was very pasty. The short ribs appetizer was tasty but dry. Bread was delicious...liked the different types of butters. Steaks were average at best.
