We went after Packers game. Visiting from out of state. Ocean platter appetizer was awesome! Filet was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Waitress Jules was professional and friendly . ..would go back for sure
The ahi was a 5. The ribeye was so lean it tasted like a sirloin, so we give that a 4. Great service, great drinks.

Awesome! Never disappointed. We had our Wedding dinner here and they knocked it out of the park. Mark,Heather and the whole staff went out of their way to make it special. When my wife and I do any celebrating we go to the Republic Chop house
The Republic is one of my favorite restaurants in Green Bay! Not only is the food outstanding, the service is also exceptional. The maitre'd is always so nice and welcoming, he does a great job!
Tried the Republic Chophouse during restaurant week and were very pleased. My husband's pork chop was yummy and my steak was perfectly cook. Regular prices are a little expensive for frequent visits, but a great restaurant for special occasions.
Guaranteed great meal at Republic. It's our go-to special occasion place and where I know I can take clients for a meal and impress them. The service is amazing, great wine list and it was fun to visit during #gbrestaurantweek.
Service is top notch food is excellent my favorite is the red velvet cake!
