The food and the service were awesome. We tried bacon wrapped scallops, tomato capresse salad, blackened tuna, lamb chops, Mac n cheese, and grilled asparagus. They even brought out this enormous piece of chocolate cake for my birthday, on the house. The cake was too dense for my liking, but I brought it home and the rest of the family ate it. They made me the best Key Lime Martini that I have ever drank. 😁
My husband made a surprise reservation for our NYE Anniversary and it was amazing. All staff was super friendly and professional, especially Jade at the bar and our server, Steve. Baked French onion soup, lobster, steak, tiramisu - all perfectly delicious. Can’t wait to return.
The Prime, Bone-In, Fillet was aged and cooked to perfection. A bit overpriced but exceptional in flavor. I’ve eaten the same steak in Chicago and it was seasoned better but still Republic does a great job for this area!! Our server was really on point. She made sure everything was perfect and that our wait was worth it by providing us a complementary dessert. We are always pleased with our food but our server this time was great too.
It was honestly the best steak I have ever had. While the prices might seem a bit high they are well worth the quality of the dining experience.
Fantastic dinner. The Gouda Mac n cheese was amazing. Tenderloin was perfectly done. Our server, Jules, was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.
Delicious steaks and great appetizers and desserts. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends looking for a fine dining experience in the Green Bay Area!
