RecommendedRecommended by the Lodge Kohler and our first visit we really enjoyed. Claire our server was excellent as well! Great place to enjoy steak done exquisitely. You get what you pay for and expected to do that. Service was excellent to match. Highly recommend but be prepared to pay.

If your a food lover and appreciate the blends of crafted flavors in your meal...then your at the right place. I was surprise to see my favorite cocktail on the menu that only a mixologist would know. Penicillin. ☺️
RecommendedFour of us had dinner and it was all amazing! Great food, two had steaks, two of us had salmon. Our waiter was (Logan) and he was probably the best waiter we have ever had. “Thank You Republic Chophouse!”
Came in during restaurant week and the steak was extremely gristly and undercooked. A bit disappointing. The red velvet cake was amazing though!
