Came in Friday and had the most amazing dinner! We did the Chefs Tasting and Santiago picked so many things I would have overlooked but totally ended up loving! The purple pirogies and smoked trumpet mushrooms were incredible, the mussels were so flavorful and by the time the other foods were coming out we were already feeling full!!! Highly recommend this place, especially if you like sharing dishes and trying new things! Huge shout out to Santiago, he was wonderful!
Thank you to everyone at Republic for hosting our reception on 9/28/19! Sara coordinated our event from start to finish. She was super helpful and very attentive to all of the details. Chef Matt and his team prepared amazing hors d'oeuvres and desserts! Sylvia and her bar crew killed it with the cocktails and beverages! The entire serving team were on their game, well-prepared, and professional. Keep up the great work, you guys are pros. We appreciate your hard work!

Great food, service, and ambience! The lamb meatballs are top notch. Chairs are almost too comfortable!
Fresh local ingredients, beautiful space. Sheathed in history and riddled with culinary talent. Don’t pass it by if you’re in Detroit.
