Ordered a slatted sleigh bed in mahogany. They delivered within a few days, using their own transport, 2 days before Christmas. Very impressed with look, quality, price and customer service. The bed looks beautiful and is the best one we've ever had! Thinking about ordering another one for guest room.Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful mahogany sleigh bed but had to upsize to fit the occasional child. The price from this company was below other providers and we were somewhat apprehensive about quality. However, when it showed up it turned out to be far, far nicer than even the original. The finish and look of our superking sleigh bed is incredible. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommended!!
I ordered a beautiful partners desk from this company, which was delivered a couple days ago... delivery was very fast. I was so excited to receive this desk! Although it did arrive in a good state, there was unfortunately a scratch/dent to the top of the desk. The company, however offered me a stain and £100 for this, which I am very happy with. Excellent communication.
It all looks good until... they send the wrong bed, make you wait 6 weeks for them to send a courier to collect it. Oh, and by the way you'll be asked to package it all up again (additional cost) and send photos. Offered £100 discount as compensation. However, the right bed turns up and parts don't fit and has blobs of white paint on the feet. After that, the owner doesn't want to help you any further and ignores you - BAD Customer service. Nice bed if it fitted right and didn't have the paint blobs though.
