I have been attending Morven for Bowen therapy for a number of months now and can't beleive the effect each session has on me. My initial booking was to help with stress and anxiety and the associated physical problems that come with it but more recently I had the onset of labrynthitis and her gentle moves nipped it in the bud and allowed me to carry on as normal without the need to see a GP. Ive been to Morven twice now and will continue to visit - after my first visit my lower back, hips and legs felt brand new and after the second (where I had just knackered my upper back in an office move) Morven sorted this and my shoulder out. Morven is clearly very knowledgeable, but also shows very confident practice in knowing what to do and where. Definitely recommend!
I can't recommend Morven highly enough. She immediately put my daughter at ease when we went for an appointment about persistent headaches. It was so gentle she almost dozed off during the treatment which involved pressure being applied at key points. Morven explained what she was doing throughout and having initially taken a thorough case history asked us both questions as she worked to further her understanding.
