Ordered a garage door from this company and was very satisfied with all dealing from start to the finish. Good job by the fitters and would definitely use again
I was having problems with my garage door. It was good to be able to talk to someone on the telephone straightaway and not have to wait for a call that may or may not be returned. All my details were taken in a very friendly but at the same time business-like manner. Having rung late in the morning an engineer came early evening to check out and solve the problem. Well done Repair Garage Door if I have a problem I will certainly use you again and you are local which is a bonus.
Mark’s service was great. He came out to us the next day after calling him, he was polite and helpful and the garage door is now working just fine. His fees were also very reasonable. We would definitely use his service again and recommend him.
Mark and his colleague came out to look at my broken garage lock today. Not only did they not charge a call out fee (many others quoted £60 just to come out!) but when he got here and realised that the previous company installed the lock backwards they fixed the lock for me and even graciously said they couldn't charge me for this fix! Absolutely amazing work, they both wore masks even though outdoors, were very polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more! Will definitely use in future.
