Renu were excellent from start to finish. They delivered 2 bathroom refurbishments in jig time. All staff were polite, friendly and committed to providing quality service to our satisfaction. They clearly care. Patient with the design, the best price out of 3, well organised installation and good trades people and with quality fittings and fixtures. Would thoroughly recommend them.
In January I had my bathroom replaced by ReNu. Formerly it was an old enamel bath with electric shower over bath, plus toilet and wash hand basin; I asked them to design a replacement of the above but instead of a bath, a walk in valve shower. We have nothing but praise for Renu as a company and the workmen that came to overhaul our bathroom, from design to completion we had a painless experience. we were kept updated every day about who would be on site and what was going to happen. We also liked the fact that the company had all the relevant trades for the job whether it be their own guys or sub contractors.
From start to finish these guys were excellent. All tradesmen involved were courteous, professional and communicated at all times what the next step in the process was. Excellent communication from sales and admin as well. A good all round team.
