One of the only rental companies that provide automatic vans. i was satisfied with their services and they provided a good van
Terrible customer service. Advised the agent (Will) I didn’t want to play around as he was being obstructive surrounding 2 lease cancelation requests they claim they’ve “not received”. Will then stated “ I don’t mind playing these games, I enjoy it actually and love to do it”. Manager requested said no one is available (or will be in the future).
