Appaling customer service. Renting from them just now. Numerous issues with the flat have been raised way before Christmas, nothings been done to this day. But the second their records (falsely) show the rent hasn't been paid for one month they're the first to email you. Never ever renting for this ridiculous company ever again
Dont keep landlords up to date with tenants requests for repairs .and over six months since leaving they are still sending me annoying emails .
