Rubbish service, I needed someone to visit my house as I had rats in my loft, so I called Rentakill on a Friday, said someone would call back but with in 4 hours, never did, I called them back to find out what is happening about my call, they said I should have been contacted on Monday, but no one did call back, and it was residential I had to wait. But again no one made contact with me every bad.
