For years my husband relied on Rental Ranch for parts, repairs and tools. Was always pleased how they would take the time to show him how the equipment worked, explain the repair work, etc. Always honest and fair.
I have purchased all my equipment from the rental ranch gang. they have gone out of the way to accomodate my every need. I recommend them to all my friends and customers!
I been working with Rental Ranch for 12 years. Purchased 20 plus saws, Blowers and trimmers as well. Also ordered ton of gear through rental ranch. It is a rare occasion but when my equipment needs repair. Rental ranch fixes it and promptly to get me back going. Always have been treated kindly and honestly here. Which is more than I can say for a few other similar stores. Thank guys for good work

Business response:
This repair is a non-warranty repair due to the shaft being bent. Warranty covers any defect caused by manufacturer's assembly or defective part. The shaft was bent due to excessive pressure applied to the pole saw during a cut when fully extended. We will most certainly and gladly file a warranty claim on any repair that is the fault of the manufacturer.
