Extremely disappointed with my experience using Rent Sorted. During our 4 years, mould build up was a real issue and was never dealt with despite having us sending pictures showcasing its progression. When moving out of my rental property, the agent tried to withhold £300 from our deposit for “cleaning damage and redecoration.” Each of these claims were laughable, considering we had text messages from this agent who had repeatedly stated how clean and well maintained we kept the property.
