Extremely unprofessional. They book you in for viewings and don't show up and don't offer an explanation either. Plus we're unable to get through to anyone to speak to as no one answers the phone. We travelled over 2 hours for one viewing this week (Evington Parks Rd) and no one showed up. Disappointing service to say the least.
We have been dealing with this agency for the past two months and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Their service is very poor and the staff shows completely irresponsible behavior. We have been complaining about our issue for over two months now, but nothing has been resolved. Instead of helping, they keep delaying and ignoring our concerns. Very unprofessional and careless attitude.
On behalf of a friend. They made an online enquiry about one of their rentals. They filled out the earnings email and asked for a viewing... To which, they never replied and the property is still being advertised and was reduced shortly afterwards... Landlords be aware they are doing you out of money. Awful customer service!
Worst estate agency. Extremely unprofessional, parasitic and opportunistic. Exploiting financially vulnerable people. Providing sub par living conditions at best. Unclear about utilities. Gaslight tenants when complaints are made about items such as electrical charges etc... Would not recommend, poor service and stressful experience.
Came directly from Coventry to see the house, they change my slot from 5:30 to 4:30 only sending an email at 10 in the morning, call them next day and they claim that they tried to contact me which isn’t true, do not recommend this agency to any one, 0 accountability, 0 service when I call them, didn’t even apologise for me driving an hour without getting to see the property and then they just tell me that there isn’t more slots to see the house..
