I ************* from the *************************** and they made me paid a down payment for the furniture and I had four weeks free for a new account.they are very rude and they have no customer service experience.
Its like doing business with the loan shark. Expect to be treated with zero consideration. The people that work here will come to your home, threaten children and ask them to be let into your home.. this is all over being five days late after the manager was informed and agreed to wait two more days. This entire center is ran by rude little boys, who think theyre men would like to threaten women and children.
This company is ridiculous. I have had my phone number over 20 years and they continuously harass me because someone used my number when making a purchase from them. Their customer service is absolutely rude and would not do anything about it or remove my number and hung up on me when I requested a manager. They keep telling me if I pay then they will stop bothering me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
***** is the most rudest, most disrespectful person working at the location. He doesn't know how to be professional at all. He harasses even after scheduled pick up time. If you schedule a time for them to come and get the item he doesn't show up on time to get it but harasses you. He damaged my door when getting the item. ******** is a horribly ***** and judgmental woman she was working the front desk when I went in to pick up the item that I had been approved for and signed an agreement to. I even made the first payment. Then, when I get in there, she begins to belittle me and judge me, and then question my integrity of where I work and where I live, so I offer her my paystubs and lease she didnt begins to tell me to get out of her store, or wed have a problem. Don't do it, I have paid ****? For a 700 dollar bicycle with bad brakes and now they are coming to take it because cancer has made me unable to pay. Heartless bloodsuckers.
My furniture still have not been fix and its been over 6 months I called file complaints and nothing been done. My furniture is now paid off and I cant even enjoy it because of the delays and broken promises. There has to be something done about this situation Im have look into a lawyer and take this to court I will never buy furniture again from this company ZERO STAR
They They told me I was approved for $1600 credit. They took money from my account for a Down payment On a Tool set. They were supposed to deliver it To my house. It never came. Sure I called today and they said that I'm actually not approved. I just want to know Why they took money from my account.they lied to me saying approved than call say I wasn't if I don't get my money im go to courts
