I was a costumer of rent a center for over 8 years and just because I was late on my payment they call me and said they were gonna raid my house ,the guy who call me was very aggressive and hostile, I mean is this the type of treatment that I deserve after been a customer for 8 years ,I mean it's not a secret they over charge people and harrast people over one day late on your account .I will highly recommend to stay away from doing bussines with rent a center specifically the one in Mkeesport ************.

This place is relentless always calling 5 times a day than knocking on your door after you have spoken to them ! My couch has post beetle bugs in it and I work for major furniture company and I know the process the store says it was not delivered that way well no c*** if they would actually read they would know all about them they just keep saying not under warranty than I got a phone with them phone was lost/stolen again warranty wont cover ! I signed a contract agreement with an agent online/through text and was given a tentative delivery date and time, but informed that I would be called by a store associate and they would confirm a delivery time. I was called by **** from the *********, ** store later that afternoon. He was polite, wanting to go over my payment options so he could create a contract, take a payment, and set up delivery. ******************...I was told i will get a refund on a product never delivered. This was in august of this year. Here it is 2 months later, still havent recieved my refund. Called corporate they was no help. Called local store and manager was very rude. RAC i want my money back pls. Im on disability living on a monthly check. You are a multimillionaire company. Its nothing to return ****** for an item i never recieved, shame on you!!!

I applied for credit and was awarded x/week. On October 9th I placed an order and made my first payment. I scheduled delivery for the 11th. On the 11th I was unable to contact the store because the phone was disconnected. I called the main customer support number and was told that they were able to get a hold of the district manager, and my item would still be delivered that evening. NO STARS!! ID GIVE NEGATIVE IF I COULD! The harassing phone calls RIGHT AFTER A PAYMENT IS MADE IS UNCALLED FOR!! THEY CALL ALL THE **** WHEN THEY ARE ASKED TO CONTACT AFTER A SPECIFIC ****, THEY STILL CALL WHENEVER THEY WANT! They are going to get me fired from my job!!! We rent at the ******** ** @ ***************. we rented a couch in June of this year about a month ago the love seat broke. I called they sent the tech out the following day (I had issues with timing because they didnt come at the time they said so only my daughter was home) thats not my issue tho. The tech said it cant be fixed it needs the whole back replaced or the whole loveseat. Fine its under warranty, Iv only had the set a little over 3 months. I truly regret purchasing a bed **************** through them. The only reason I went this route in the first place is because I was just moving into a new home so, I couldnt afford to pay for this fully upfront. Its been a year since Ive made this purchase, have always made payment, never been 30 days late but, Ive been harassed & embarrassed by them showing up to my home several times like the police or contacting a friend & even my landlord!
