I have tried for 6 months to access my online account, no one at the store or customer service center will help me. keep getting ticket numbers for escalation which is a joke because no one calls back and still no help. cant reset password on website it never actually sends a email I read all the complaints listed below with the response call customer service . what a joke they don't help either star rating one , only because I had to choose ******* star option

This is by far the WORST loan I've ever had. It was over two years ago when I got a loan through them because I was waiting for my ID to come in so I had to use them instead of conns. I was paying 150 dollars every month and only about 20 dollars was going towards my actual payment while the rest was interest. To top it off my total amount would increase. None of it made since. They will rob you with no care. Crazy that it's even legal for them to charge so much in interest and then keep adding to it. It was like my loan was... read more

Bought dryer that did not include as is clause. ***** does not work rent a center picked up the dryer for repair then returned it , after so call repair it still doesn't work and they refuse to refund money or pick it up! Being on a fixed income this has become a hardship.

I was robbed of $260.00 for the Benefits Plus fee. When I called and asked about it, I was told it is an "insurance", that if I dropped it and the dryer broke, that I could not get it fixed, nor a loaner issued. That is what homeowners insurance is for. Also, I was informed that that $260.00 I paid over a span of 10 months is not applicable to my current balance, nor is it refundable. Brought a dryer from one of their stores in Union Ciry Ga, paid cash for rhe dryer they delivered the dryer it came on but I had to dry the cloths 3 and 4 times so that same day I call them to let them know that its not dring and the manager says what do you expect for an 75 dollar dryer and I said 75 dollars worth lf drying so he then says well you brought it as is and I remined him their was nothing on the tag that said as is. I have a contract with I default on payment s by two weeks because I had got a new debit card and forgot to updated all off the sudden the manager and workers there calling me from random phones number and harassing me telling we are going to call the police on you if you dont pay also today a police officer from hood calling on behalf of rent a center if I dont pay them Im going to go to jail thats total harassment by the store and NOPD so I told them they can come pick up their stuff not going to. On January 26, 2023, I rented a refrigerator because my refrigerator broke at my rental home. I rented the refrigerator for one week and paid $137.05. Purchased a brand new $3200 couch. Was delievered broken. They did not want to cancel contract or refund cash payment that was paid yesterday. No apologies were made and managers were behind the desk in another room making smart comments, cussing and laughing.
