I went on August 3, 2023 and rented a Queen size bed. I wanted the bed for only a week and they said I had to rent by the month, I agreed and rented the bed for a month. The bed was delivered on August 11th, 2023. At delivery I asked about the arrangements for the pick up on the September 3, 2023. I was told someone would be in contact for pick. I got a text informing me that on September 3, 2023 I would have to make another payment. I called and spoke to ****** and I was informed that I was misinformed about the company cal... read more
Rented a refrigerator while waiting for mine to be fixed. At first seemed good because price was reasonable and they delivered fast. However, it was delivered with baby cockroaches in it! Had to have it picked up and never used it. They said they would refund, and it's been 4 weeks and no refund. In addition, they tried to bill me for another month of rental even though we no longer have it. Had to file a dispute with Amex.

Can't believe all these 1 star ratings, and they only have the 5 and 4 star ratings on their site. Tells you how honest they are. They literally robbed me by taking my down payment and never sending the product. Now I get a refund in the form of in store credit. I have no desire to go back to this store after the way they treated me so why would I want in store credit? They're awful!!! Talking about the *************, ** store BTW. Can't speak on others. Just don't go to these clowns
