I advertised in a bridal brochure with this company in 2019 and they are still taking money from my account even though they’ve never done any work for me directly! There telephone number doesn’t work, I’ve emailed and get no response! Do not use this company as they just rip you off!
I paid for a publication to showcase my bridal and special occasion wear which I never received. I have now been informed that I only purchased advertising. Do not use and do not trust the word of the rep!
Do not touch with a barge pole. They are liars and con men. Defrauded me out of £408
They have very poor to virtually no communication skills by email or telephone. They printed an advertisement which was not given my approval and yet took the money. The publication was due to printed in January but only just came out now.
Total con. They took nearly 6 months to put a publication together and now they cant prove to me that it has been sent out to the 18,000 new homes it was meant to. No business form it, no proof of the work actually having been done. Complete waste of time, money and patience.
