I have used this contractor many times in the last ten years for the three flats I let out and also for my own home. He is my go-to contractor for every redecoration and maintenance job, because he works to a very high standard and for a reasonable price. The last job he did was to re-tile an old bathroom, and when a problem arose because the wall behind had rotted, he found a way to fix the wall – he is always very resourceful. Highly recommended!

This includes decorating, maintenance and complex repair work, he undertakes tenant liaison from quoting through to completion, providing a headache free solution to keeping my properties in top shape.
