Have just started dealing with David Mendelsson in particular at Rennie Partners as they are the new managing agents for the group of flats of which one is mine. Amazing experience so far. Immediate responses, sympathetic towards the issues at hand, taking responsibility where it's rightfully their's, ensuring follow ups, organising works under full communication and just refreshingly helpful.

This is the worst building management company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are rude, incompetent and crooked.I will be reporting them to the consumer watchdog service. The should not be aloud to operate.Tenants in my building have suffered greatly at the hands of these criminals.

I would really like to thank Lee from Rennie and Partners for his help. 
I had different challenges with my property and he had very good knowledge of how to solve different problems and also very efficient in arranging with contractors. He was also very helpful and patient in answering my volume of questions. I talk with lots of my neighbours in Denison Close and we all agree that Lee is always efficient, responsive and kind.
