Refused to inject my knees with cortisone as the receptionist felt I had to many from them this past 3 years. IE one every 6 months. This is not a reason for refusal so I guess if u want a receptionist to b in charge of your care u should go here. ???
I came in thinking the foot pain I had in both feet would never ease, but very quickly the physio was able to identify the problem. He scanned my feet for insoles which then arrived a week later. Since using the insoles, all the pain has completed disappeared and I could finally go back to living normally and playing my sports. A few month later one snapped (most likely my fault as I was pulling them out my shoes too hard) but they were replaced free of charge. Changed my life, thank you!
Really good knowledgeable physio and staff. Excellent service and happy with my outcome so far. But be careful though, you may end up wearing Crocs if you have a dodgy ankle like mine 😉
