I've been going to Hayley for reflexology sessions for around 8 months now, and she is so wonderful. I struggle with a few small health issues and have a stressful job, the hour spent with Hayley is something I really look forward to. I feel so much better after the sessions and somehow manage to doze off every time! She is extremely knowledgeable and her passion really comes across in her work. Had a wonderful Zone face lift treatment today. It's perfect for people who aren't into fillers or products. My face genuinely feels more open relaxed and fresher than it has been for a long time. Really impressed with the lovely surroundings and Hayley's in-depth knowledge, layering lots of different disciplines for a bespoke approach. Thank you!

I had two sessions and found the experience to be professional, beneficial and totally relaxing. I do a lot of walking and I know my feet were really grateful for this care. Will definitely return for further treatments.
