I joined 2 weeks ago and am so happy I did! I am 30 weeks along in my pregnancy and this studio has completely enhanced my experience by providing me with an outlet for safe exercise, relaxation, and a community of healthy, happy moms and moms-to-be! The prenatal yoga and barre classes are my "me time", and knowing that I am improving my own health and my baby's health is just icing on the cake! ❤️

If you haven't stopped in yet to visit this amazing space, or to take a class or workshop you are missing out! No other yoga studio in the area has created a family focused schedule and space like this❤️ I have fallen in love with the women and the community that has been created!
In addition to wonderful classes and workshops, I'm grateful for the community of women that I found here. Having a supportive, comfortable and child friendly environment to share, learn, and grow with other moms has been beyond helpful in my early weeks of motherhood and I know it will continue to be for years to come.
Such a great group of women eager to teach the relaxing beauty of Yoga! What a great Environment!
I am in love! I've been 4 times now- 2 regular and 2 prenatal classes and I'm feeling less stressed and stronger already. I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my second and I'm going to keep going back as long as I can.
I started Prenatal Yoga when I was 11 weeks along and I have never been more happy about this decision I made for my health and our baby's health. This place is one of a kind. Renew Mama has become a second home for me and I just love all the ladies who dedicate so much time to make this place such a wonderful place for so many women
My first visit was more than I could ask for. thank you so much renew mama studio!! I felt like I belong there. The place and the people were so amazing. It was exactly what I needed. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.
