RecommendedMy whole family loves Renew Mama! The owner, Amanda, and the staff are so welcoming and friendly and quickly get to know you by name. The Barre and Yoga classes are a great workout. What I love most about Renew Mama is it’s focus on the mom and family. An awesome community of mom and kiddos!! I wish I knew about this place when my oldest was little. I love the barre, cardio and yoga classes for myself. They're challenging but encouraging and I've gained a lot of strength and confidence in myself. My kids love the classes and my youngest attends Yoga Preschool. I also often will work in the Mama Lounge or connect with other moms there. It's truly an amazing place that I am so grateful I found! <3
I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for the business Amanda took the leap to open. I was alone, my friends all have 12 year olds. This place saved my sanity, it helped me feel that it’s ok to make mistakes, to be vulnerable, to whip out my boob and feed my little one. Lol. I’m so thankful for this community! Such a wonderful studio with numerous resources for mamas and kiddos!
This place is amazing! It's a great opportunity for community and growth, both in motherhood and personhood. Here, you can be yourself, be met wherever you're at, and be welcomed into a place that encourages strength and self-care. Thee are both so important! So if you need a great workout to feel pumped, a yoga session to feel calm and mindful, or a massage/health appointment for your wellness, this is the ONLY place I would recommend! I love being a part of this!

I took a class here post-baby and it was so important for me to get out of the house and move and feel part of the world again! It was great to share with other mamas and the studio is such a welcoming warm environment!
I always feel amazing after I leave yoga class! Such a great place for families or if you just need to get away and relax for a bit!
This place is amazing. I wished I had joined as soon as I moved here while still pregnant. But post pregnancy it has been amazing. Being able to work with my baby and my toddler can go to class or childcare has been a lifesaver.
