In Fall 2014, my 3rd child and I participated in mom & baby yoga, and the added benefit was that there was childcare for my 3 year old too. Throughout my 4th pregnancy, I began taking prenatal yoga at the studio. I loved everything about coming to classes, but ESPECIALLY the community building. Having 3 kids at home already, prenatal yoga was the one place that I could go to focus ONLY on the growing baby inside of me. The studio was so warm and welcoming. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and fitness! I didn't feel like I was working out during, but feel the muscles today! �
