I started prenatal yoga at 20 weeks and have never looked back. Throughout my pregnancy, Renew Mama was the support system I needed. They provided me with so much more than yoga classes; they provided unyielding support and mental preparation for motherhood while encouraging community among one another. Now 4 months postpartum, my son and I enjoy mom and baby classes and barre, and I continue my self-care practice with flow classes and taking advantage of Mama Circle and workshops.
It is refreshing to see the excitement, the commitment and the focus of supporting women and their families at Renew Mama. It was Amanda's dream and now it bears fruit. All the people who have used the place to help educate us I salute you!!
I started prenatal at 20 weeks and now my son is 11 weeks old and we go to Baby Wearing Barre, Mom & Baby Yoga and Mamas Circle. Great classes and even better community of mom friends!

We love Renew Mama! It is SO MUCH more than yoga, it is really a circle of supportive and knowledgeable women who are all in the same place in life (hello babies!). Amanda is a fearless leader and brings so many resources to her clients. I highly suggest checking out a Mama circle and BYOB class, it’s such a fun way to get back in shape while connecting with like-minded women. We can't wait for her new location to open!
