I am so happy I stumbled upon this studio! The atmosphere is peaceful, friendly and fun. Barre class challenges my body and mind. The bonus is the head and neck rub at the end with essential oils after a hard workout! I feel energized, relaxed and seeing the results is so rewarding!!
I had my first massage at Renew Mama with Emily Venn, LMT this past Thursday and I can't wait to return! The space is both serene & comfortable. Emily helped to make the experience run smoothly by giving me a tour (the yoga studio is beautiful!) and also introducing me to one of the other Renew Mama practitioners. My massage was personalized and professional.
