The hotel seems nice enough, the staff is great, but the walls are thin, the room is small and there is loud music coming from outside - that can be heard on the 12th floor that prevented me from sleeping well for most of the night, both nights. Can't figure out where it is coming from, but it was there last night, was there this afternoon and I can currently hear it OVER the television in my room.

for the amount of money paid to stay here for 2 nights ($500+ per night), when I walked into my room, I was surprised by how small the room was. I guess I expected more. The shower has no pressure and practically trickles out of the faucet. I'll called the front desk for the wifi password and was told I'd have to pay $12.95 per day for access!! A good solid four Star hotel in a great location for the seaport area. Would definitely stay again. Really great staff and we loved the bar. A few little things that would've made it better are bathrobes, slippers and a stocked mini bar
Great place with great restaurants and always great events held there.
