Great Location staff are nice and helpful. Book the tours from the hotel great choices . Parking was expensive . Rooms were great clean . Surrounded by some great seafood places. Enjoyed Boston will be back .
Beautiful hotel well situated at the waterfront with nice people but horrible service. Took 4 1/2 hours and 4 requests to deliver rollaway bed. They did send a complimentary bag of milk and cookies and ice cream but no one wanted ice cream and there is no freezer so the milk and ice cream was just wasted. We saved the cookies but the rest was just a waste when reasonably prompt delivery of the bed was really all we wanted. Nice hotel with helpful staff, clean and comfortable.
Beautiful view of harbor from our room. Good sized room. Fridge in room is always a plus. Maid was wonderful. Enjoyed the lap pool, hot tub, and sauna. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant.
